TOWN OF WALLKILL SOCCER COURSE
USSF ENTRY LEVEL GRADE 8 REFEREE COURSE APPLICATION
Dates: February, 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th, 2010
Times: Fridays, 2/19 and 2/26 -- 7:00 pm -- 10:00 pm
Saturdays, 2/20 and 2/27 -- 8:00 am -- 3:00 pm
Location: Middletown High School
Fees: $100 course only
$171.50 course with 14-PIECE REFEREE STARTER KIT. Set includes 2 short sleeve shirts (yellow
and black) and 2 long-sleeve shirts (red and blue) shorts, socks, whistle, flags and bag.
Note: Classes cancelled due to weather willbe rescheduled.
All candidates must be 15 years old by the first day of the course.
To become certified, each candidate must attend all sessions and successfully complete the certification test. If a candidate misses a session, s/he may not take the exam; s/he must arrange to take the missing session(s) and exam at a subsequent course. There is no additional fee.
You will not be a confirmed registrant until your payment is in hand…this is first come, first served; seating is limited.
